• In March, 1999, 160 million RMB was invested for land requisition of 168 Mu in Xiaoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone and founding the third production base. Zhejiang Xinshengda Packaging Co.,Ltd was organized to be founded (now Zhejiang Great shengda Packaging Co.,Ltd).

• In September, 2000 Suzhou Shengda Industry Co.,Ltd was put into operation.
• In May, 2002, 500 million RMB was invested by the group for land requisition of 331 Mu in Heshang Town. Zhejiang Shengda Group Chemical Textile Co.,Ltd was organized to be founded.(Now Zhejiang Shuangkeda Textile Co.,Ltd).
• In October, 2002 Zhejiang Shengda Import & Export Co.,Ltd was founded.
