Shengda Groupset up party branches in April 1987, only 4 members at the beginning,.in year 1999 set up General Party branch, consists of three branches,with 30 party members. July 2000 the CPC shengda group Commission set up, consists of five branches, up to 60 party members. Shengda Group currently has two committees, 16 branches, 231 party members (one party headquarters in Xiaoshan, 6 branches, 110 party members). since the party established, has been praised with advanced grassroots party organizations by the district and town leaders, was been assessed as 'double strength Pokka Enterprise'in hangzhou city in year 2011.
